What are you cooking for Thanksgiving? (Revisited)

I'm curious. What are you all creating in your kitchen for tomorrow's holiday meal? If you've got any healthy additions to your Thanksgiving Turkey, post it as a comment and share it with the rest of us! Especially post if you've got something excitingly fresh or something that puts a healthy twist on an old-favorite...

Ihaven't endeavored to make it yet, but a few years ago sometime "tricked" me into trying what I thought were mashed potatoes. It was actually steamed cauliflower that was then mashed with added ingredients to be the same consistency of mashed potatoes. The butter and cream that they added may have negated the nutritional improvement, but it could sure make you "feel" better eating a vegetable instead of a starchy potato. :) I could just barely taste the difference before they told me what I was eating.

One more thing, I remember a yummy Pear Cranberry Pie you brought for Thanksgiving a few years ago. I don't remember much, but that it was sweetened with Honey. That might be a nice recipe to post sometime too...it was delicious!
